Payment options

We offer various payment options based on your ordering country, including Vipps, Paypal, and Debit/Credit Cards. Payment will be sent over to us from your account within 3 days of your purchase.

Delivery of goods:

Ordering to Norway: We will deliver your purchase within 14 days (Excluding pre-orders.) The standard delivery shipping cost is 100 NOK. During high seasons and sales, delivery might take a little longer.

Ordering from Overseas: The standard delivery shipping cost is 20 EUR/USD, with free shipping on orders valued above 300 EUR/USD. There may be additional import taxes on your order, depending on the country you are ordering from.

For pre-orders we will deliver the goods within 2 months of your initial purchase. Also stated in the product description. 

Returns:

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return the goods for a refund.

 

Please note that we will apply a return fee, that will be deducted from the refunded amount. As soon as your return has been handled you will be refunded through the original payment method you chose for your order.

 

The cost per return request is 49 NOK within Norway and 15 EURO international. The return fee will be subtracted from your refund. This includes custom and handling fees.

 

If you would like to change the size of your item, please follow the steps to make a return. Please note that if we have a low stock on the item it might not be possible to do an exchange.

 

Please note the following:

  • We are willing to exchange your piece for a better size if our stock allows for it! We do not cover the shipping or duty costs for the return, unless agreed directly with us.

  • We’re unable to accept returns beyond 14 days after you have received the order and anything sent to us after 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

 

How to Return:

 

  1. Register your return with our customer service (info@metanoiaworld.eu) 
  2. Place the items in their original boxes/bag.
  3. A return label or QR code will be generated through our customer service.
  4. For Norwegian customers: drop the parcel at your local Post office or post-in-store. For international customers: follow the instructions provided by customer service. You ca always reach us through our Instagram chat or info@metanoiaworld.eu
  5. Always save a receipt or picture of the return label so we can track the return in case of delays.

 

We’ll process your refund by the same method you used for payment within two weeks after receiving your returned order at our warehouse.

 

Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn, and with the tags on. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes. All claims must be reviewed and accepted. If your return is not approved, we will send the product(s) back to you. Faulty products that have been returned without approval will be handled as a return not approved.

Defects in the Product - Buyer's Rights and Complaint Deadline

If you find a defect in the product, notify us as soon as possible. You must notify us within 2 months of discovering the defect. You cannot make a complaint more than 2 years after receiving the item, unless the product is meant to last significantly longer, in which case you have up to 5 years.

If the defect is not your fault, you have the right to:

  • Withhold the purchase price
  • Choose between repair or replacement
  • Request a price reduction
  • Terminate the contract
  • Seek compensation

Please make all complaints in writing.

Price

The stated price for the goods and services is the total price the buyer must pay. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Additional costs that that the seller has not informed about shall not be borne by the buyer.
